Quality Improvement Award, 2010
The Maine Health Care Association (MHCA) created the Quality Improvement Award in 2009 as a continuation of the Quality Improvement Certification program. The award was created to challenge nursing centers to further deeper the commitment to providing service excellence.
The Quality Improvement Award recognizes those centers that have made improvements and advances in the areas of staff retention, consistent assignment, clinical quality measures and satisfaction surveys.
