Welcome
On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, respiratory therapist, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Brentwood accommodates 78 residents. We are located at 370 Portland Street in Yarmouth, Maine. We strive to meet the healthcare needs of the greater Yarmouth community, including Portland and Brunswick, which are located within 10 miles of the center. In addition to Brentwood’s rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, we also offer Alzheimer’s specialty care in a comfortable setting. We also offer a Respite Program, allowing caregivers to take a break from their daily responsibilities caring for a loved one. We provide a home-like and supportive environment for your loved one who needs care and supervision. And our Reservation Program is designed to help patients and their families plan ahead for rehabilitative care prior to surgery, preparing for a smooth transition into treatment before returning home.
Brentwood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 2010 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
